An oven, cooktop and extractor are different parts of a kitchen. Start by identifying the equipment your note concerns.

Select a category for a useful starting description. No control here operates or diagnoses an appliance.

OV / Observation

Keep the setting with the symptom.

Record the oven mode you last selected, the change you noticed and any display code. Do not run another heating cycle to check a suspected fault.

Keep covers closed.
Keep the scope clear.

If an appliance appears faulty or damaged, stop using it. Do not remove covers or attempt electrical repairs. Keep clear of wet or damaged electrical equipment and seek appropriately qualified help.

If life or property is in immediate danger, call Triple Zero (000). This enquiry form is not an emergency service.

Gas equipment needs appropriately qualified gas-service help. The electric-appliance prompts on this page do not provide gas troubleshooting or confirm that a particular job is accepted.

The kitchen around it
can affect the visit.

Say whether the appliance is built in, part of a freestanding unit or fitted under a bench. Describe access constraints and any existing installation paperwork you can safely consult.

Do not unmount, disconnect or open equipment to complete an enquiry. Confirm the equipment type, location and proposed scope before arranging a visit.
