How Benchline works ↗

Service sheet / 04

Keep a small
record of
what changed.

For a fridge or freezer enquiry, separate the compartment, time and observation. A short record is more useful than a guessed diagnosis.

A homeowner makes an observation note at a table beside a closed fridge

A short observation log.

Record up to four observations you have already made. This log stays in the open page until you download it or clear it. It is not sent to Benchline.

No entries yet. Do not run or test a faulty appliance for this log.

OBSERVATIONS0 / 4
  1. Your first observation will appear here.

Two compartments.
One precise description.

Say which part of the appliance the note concerns. Record a displayed message or a previously observed change in sound or operation, and the time you noticed it.

This log does not assess food safety or tell you that food is safe to keep. Use appropriate food-safety guidance for food concerns and qualified help for the appliance.

Do not remove panels, work on refrigeration components or keep operating equipment that appears faulty.

An accessible appliance identification label is photographed without removing a cover

A model reference from accessible paperwork helps identify the equipment. If it is hard to reach, leave it unknown rather than moving the appliance to find it.
