Using the Benchline workbench
Preparation, not remote diagnosis
The site provides general enquiry-preparation tools and information. Its prompts do not determine a fault, establish that equipment is safe, prescribe a repair or replace an appropriate assessment. Do not operate faulty equipment to produce information for a form.
A recorded enquiry is an initial step
Submitting details does not confirm service coverage, a booking, attendance time, price or acceptance of a particular job. Any next step needs its own confirmed scope and terms. The website does not accept payment or authorise work.
Your entered figures
The calculator adds amounts you provide and applies the inclusion choice you select. It does not validate a quote, set market prices, confirm tax treatment or recommend whether to repair or replace an appliance. Check the actual written proposal and ask about missing items.
Information and safety
Use descriptions of what you already observed. Do not remove covers, disconnect installed equipment or attempt electrical or gas repairs because of a website prompt. In immediate danger, use the appropriate emergency service rather than the enquiry form.
Respect the site and other people
Do not disrupt the service, attempt to access stored enquiries or submit another person’s private information without authority. The site’s photographs are illustrative and should not be represented as verified staff, premises or testimonials.
Rights and corrections
Nothing in these website terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian law. If a page or tool is unclear, send its name and a description of the issue through the contact form. Keep confidential payment or account details out of the message.
