Enquiries, bookings and purchase concerns
No purchase is made through this form
The Benchline website records enquiries. It has no checkout, does not take a booking deposit and does not sell an appliance or part through the published pages. An enquiry reference is not an invoice or appointment confirmation.
Before any later service agreement
The proposed scope, availability, price and applicable terms need to be provided and agreed separately. Ask how assessment charges, cancellation, changes in scope and any return visit would be handled before authorising work.
Questions about an existing arrangement
If your concern relates to an actual service agreement, use its provider’s contact details and keep the agreement and payment record available. You may also send Benchline a relevant enquiry reference for a question about correspondence on this website.
Consumer guarantees remain relevant
Where Australian Consumer Law applies, consumer guarantees and remedies depend on the circumstances. A business policy cannot remove rights that apply. This page does not declare that all payments are non-refundable or determine a remedy for a particular case.
Useful official guidance
The ACCC explains repair, replacement, refund and cancellation remedies for problems with goods and services. For a purchase concern, start with the business that supplied the product or service. Do not send full card or banking details through the Benchline form.
