Service sheet / 01

The laundry
has a sequence.
So does a useful note.

For a washer or dryer, the point at which a change appeared can be useful context. Describe the last normal use; do not run a faulty machine to create a new example.

Where in the
programme?

Choose the point you remember. These are prompts for a description, not checks to perform.

Observation / 01

What did the controls show?

Note the programme you selected and any display message you saw. If nothing happened, describe that without deciding which component caused it.

If the equipment appears faulty, stop using it and seek qualified help. Do not remove panels or attempt an electrical repair.

Include this context in an enquiry ↗

The installation
is part of the story.

Stacked or separate?
Say whether another appliance sits above or below it.
Access and space
Describe stairs, a narrow doorway or a cupboard enclosure.
Known details
Gather a model reference or purchase record if already accessible.

Leave moving, disconnecting and opening equipment to the appropriate person. A photo is helpful only when it can be taken safely.

Observation → assessment → agreed scope

A stopped cycle
is not a diagnosis.

The same visible behaviour can have different causes. Keep the description specific and leave the proposed remedy for an appropriate assessment.
